Why we started.
Too many products were built fast and then left alone. They worked on launch day, slowed down as they grew and cost more every month. We started Friadd in 2018 to build the other kind: products that are cheaper to run, faster to use and safer to own.
How we work.
We listen before we build. The first weeks go to understanding your users, your data and the constraints you live with, so what we build fits the problem rather than our favourite tools.
Then we ship in small pieces, every week, with tests and reviews. You see real progress early and nothing big lands as a surprise.
We measure what we ship, and we stay after launch. When something needs changing, we say so, whether or not it was in the brief.
